1. Overview

These Terms govern the use of Synthify.Ai Ltd's AI receptionist software and automation services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services

Synthify.Ai Ltd provides AI receptionist software and automation for businesses. Services are provided on a subscription basis with setup fees and monthly payments as detailed on our website or proposal documents.

3. Account Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate business and contact information
• Keep login credentials confidential
• Ensure your use complies with all laws and regulations

You are responsible for activity under your account.

4. Payments and Billing

All fees are billed through Stripe. Setup fees are charged once at onboarding. Monthly fees are recurring unless cancelled. Invoices are due immediately upon issue. Late or failed payments may result in suspension of service.

5. Cancellations

Clients may cancel their plan with a 30-day written notice via email to [email protected]. No refunds apply for the current billing period once services have been provided.

6. Fair Use

Our AI receptionist has no call limits under normal business use. Abuse, excessive testing, or non-business use may lead to suspension.

7. No Trials

We do not offer free trials. Our product delivers consistent results proven across multiple industries, eliminating the need for trial access.

8. Intellectual Property

All software, branding, and materials remain the exclusive property of Synthify.Ai Ltd. Clients receive a non-transferable license to use the software during their active subscription.

9. Data Processing

Synthify.Ai Ltd processes customer data solely to provide services. Data is not stored long term and is handled in compliance with UK GDPR. By using our service, you appoint Synthify.Ai Ltd as a data processor and confirm you are a lawful data controller for any customer data you provide.

10. Limitation of Liability

Synthify.Ai Ltd is not liable for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
• Data loss or corruption
• Downtime caused by third-party services

Total liability is limited to the fees paid in the 3 months prior to the incident.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these Terms or misuse of our system. Outstanding fees remain payable.

12. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential all business and technical information exchanged during the course of engagement.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
